After getting my culinary arts degree in Istanbul, I continued my studies in America and graduated with an honorary bachelor’s degree from Johnson and Wales University. Shortly after, I focused on my professional training in prestigious 5-star hotels and restaurants from Miami to Istanbul, specializing in Japanese Cuisine. In 2013, I took a leap into the academic field as a university chef instructor. However, my biggest endeavor was leaving my 14 years of passion for both Japanese cuisine and teaching behind for the lollipops that inspired me and had me absolutely mesmerized on my trip to China. I had no clue where to start… But love always finds a way, right?… Now, The Lollipop Studio, is the leading luxury handmade lollipop company in the nation, spreading its sales network from South America to Europe and now to the Middle East.
With my miracle team of four amazing people, we’ll continue to spread happiness and uniqueness to everyone that we touched and try our best to keep growing until one day reach our dreams.
