After earning my culinary arts degree in Istanbul, I pursued further studies in America, graduating with an honorary bachelor's degree from Johnson and Wales University. I then focused on professional training in prestigious 5-star hotels and restaurants from Miami to Istanbul, specializing in Japanese cuisine. In 2013, I transitioned into academia as a university chef instructor. However, my most significant journey was leaving behind 14 years of passion for Japanese cuisine and teaching to follow my newfound love for lollipops, which captivated me during a trip to China. I had no idea where to start, but love always finds a way, right? 😊
Today, The Lollipop Studio stands as the leading luxury handmade lollipop company in the nation, with a sales network extending from South America to Europe and now the Middle East.
Together with my incredible team, we are committed to spreading happiness and uniqueness to everyone we touch, striving to grow and one day achieve our dreams.
