When should I place my order? We recommend placing your order two weeks before your event. If you have an urgent request, please contact us at info@thelollipopstudio.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

How long does it take to receive my lollipops? For bulk orders, our lead time is 15 days starting from 500 units, with an additional day for every extra 200 units. For smaller orders, we need 3-5 days to prepare and another 3-4 business days for shipping and delivery. Typically, you can expect your lollipops in approximately 10 days.

Do you provide expedited shipping? Yes, we can expedite shipping. A tracking number will be provided, and you can expect your lollipops within 3-4 business days. If you need them sooner, we can overnight your package for an additional fee.

What is the shelf life of the lollipops? The shelf life is approximately 6 months. Humidity and heat exposure can affect their appearance. We recommend ordering about 2 weeks before your event and storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ideal storage temperature: 68°F-73°F.

What are the lollipops made of? We use Isomalt, a sugar substitute with properties similar to sugar but with little impact on blood sugar levels and no insulin release. It’s tooth-friendly and has an energy value of 2 kcal per gram.

What is the difference between sugar and Isomalt? Isomalt is sugar-free, suitable for diabetics, and doesn’t cause tooth decay. It’s less sweet and lower in calories than sugar. Unlike sugar, Isomalt resists crystallization and humidity, ensuring your lollipops remain crystal clear.

Is Isomalt keto-friendly? Yes, Isomalt is keto-friendly. It’s low on the glycemic index, won’t spike blood sugar levels, and maintains ketosis.

What are the sizes?

How should I store the lollipops? Store in a cool, dry place between 68°F-73°F. Do not refrigerate. They have a maximum shelf life of six months from the production date.

Suggested Daily Consumption: Isomalt may be consumed by adults in quantities of about 50 g per day and for children, 30 g per day is recommended.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation & Refund Policy All online orders are final and non-refundable. Due to the perishable and customizable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receiving your package. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase if they haven’t begun processing. Molds are refundable if returned in original condition within 7 days of purchase. Shipping & Processing We ship nationwide from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Indicate your required delivery date in the “Notes to Seller” section at checkout. You will receive a tracking link once your package ships. Typical shipping takes 2-3 days but may be longer during high volume periods. For international orders, contact info@thelollipopstudio.com.

Shipping Guidelines

We deliver to US street addresses or PO Boxes.
Ensure your address is correct; we are not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect addresses.
Shipments returned due to incorrect information incur a reshipment charge.
We are not responsible for theft or damage to packages left outdoors.
Contact USPS for delivery issues at 1 (800) 275-8777 with your tracking number.
For any shipping or tracking questions once a package is in transit, contact USPS directly.

Guaranteed Safety Our lollipops are freshly prepared upon order. They are wrapped with bubble wrap and sent in hard cardboard USPS Priority Mailboxes to ensure they arrive intact.

Expedite Shipping Calculator Expedited shipping labels are created on the FedEx website. We ship from Miami, FL 33141. Use the FedEx link provided for calculating additional fees, which will be applied to your order and credited once submitted.

Box Dimensions:

Small Box: Fits up to 12 medium, 8 large, 4 shaker, and 6 x-large lollipops (8⅝ x 5⅜ x 1⅝ inches)
Medium Box: Fits up to 70 medium, 40 large, 25 shaker, and 30 x-large lollipops (11 x 8½ x 5½ inches)
Large Box: Fits up to 100 medium, 70 large, 50 shaker, and 50 x-large lollipops (12 x 12¼ x 6 inches)

All packages include insurance up to $100. For damage claims, contact USPS with your tracking number and photos of the damaged lollipops.
