Shipping policy

All orders are made to order and processed within the timeframe stated on the product page.

We ship orders via USPS PRIORITY by default. FedEx shipping is available upon request and may incur additional fees.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All shipments are insured through the shipping carrier. In the event of damage during transit, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier. We are happy to assist by providing necessary documentation.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
