Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

In the rare event that your package is damaged during transit, please note that all shipments are insured through the shipping carrier. Any damage claims must be reported directly to the carrier in accordance with their policies. We are happy to provide supporting documentation if needed.
